Shipping & Returns

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please contact us within 30 days of the day your order shipped for returns or exchanges.  After 30 days, ALL Sales are FINAL.  All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.  Please ship with delivery confirmation/tracking number, no signature confirmation will be required. Please allow 1-2 weeks for Crutcher's to process your return or exchange.

Defective Items
We will reimburse return shipping and replace defective items when you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.  All defective items must be returned in unused condition with original tags attached.  After 10 days, your defective item is not eligible for shipping reimbursement.

Sale Items
Sale Items are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.  Sale items for exchanges must be returned to us within 15 days from the day your order was shipped to you.  After 15 days, all sales are final on sale items.  Items purchased at a 50% discount or greater are FINAL SALE.

Shipping Fees
In the case free shipping was applied to your original order, we will not reimburse for return or exchange shipping charges.
